Bundesliga, Laos Football Fed kick off relationship with Covid workshop

The German Bundesliga last month ran a knowledge-sharing workshop for the Lao Football Federation about restarting football activities during the pandemic. The two parties told SportBusiness they hope the workshop will lead to a broader relationship that will contribute to the development of football in Laos.

Football in Laos has been badly disrupted by the pandemic, with last year’s domestic league season delayed and this year’s yet to get underway. Sponsors have pulled out as a result.
