BOA issues ‘robust’ response to athletes’ Rule 40 legal challenge

The British Olympic Association (BOA) has responded ‘fully and robustly’ to legal action taken against it by some of its most notable athletes.

Led by sprinter Adam Gemili, a group of athletes, including the likes of Katrina Johnson-Thompson and Mo Farah, launched a legal challenge to counter the BOA’s restrictions on personal sponsorship rights at the Olympic Games.
