The new American owners of Danish Superliga club Brøndby IF have pledged to inject DKK220m (€29.5m/£25.5m) after completing the takeover of the club.
Global Football Holdings (GFH), the investment vehicle of serial sports investor David Blitzer, has purchased a majority of the club’s shares from Brøndby chairman Jan Bech Andersen, who will remain on the board of directors.
