Asian Cricket Council lobbying to include cricket at SEA Games

The Asian Cricket Council (ACC) has urged organisers to include the sport at the 2023 Southeast Asian Games.

ACC board member Mahinda Vallipuram told Malaysian news agency Bernama that ACC officials are in talks with delegates from the Southeast Asian Games Federation (SEAGF) and National Olympic Committee of Cambodia (NOCC) about including cricket at the event. He said a decision could be reached next week.
