AS Roma has extended its partnership with local shopping centre RomaEst, while fellow Italian Serie A football club Bologna has renewed an agreement with internet services provider Linkem.
Roma will benefit from promotion at RomaEst, which features over 210 shops as well as various dining options, a cinema and entertainment complex.
Events will be organised at the shopping centre involving club assets, including the Romolo mascot. Cross-promotional campaigns using club imagery will also be launched.
Roma first partnered with RomaEst in 2013 and the new deal will cover the remainder of the 2019-20 season.
Bologna’s new deal with Linkem will also run until the end of the 2019-20 campaign. Linkem will retain its position as a connecting partner of Bologna and provide “innovative services” to fans as part of the extended agreement.
The two parties will also continue to collaborate on the ‘Partner of the Future’ programme, which provides Linkem with brand exposure on the shirts of Bologna’s youth teams and soccer school participants.
As part of the agreement, fans who sign up to use Linkem’s services by November 18 will receive two free tickets for Bologna’s match against AC Milan on December 8. Other offers and business services will be made available to fans for the duration of the deal.
