Chinese sportswear company Anta Sports generated revenues of ¥49.3bn ($7.7bn/€7bn) last year following a surge in direct-to-consumer sales ahead of the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics, its latest financial report shows.
The Xiamen-based company recorded a 39-per-cent increase in year-on-year revenues during the 12-month period and saw pre-tax profits reach ¥11.2bn despite the ongoing effects of the Covid-19 pandemic.
