The inaugural edition of the Association of National Olympic Committees’ (ANOC) World Beach Games, which had been scheduled to take place in the US city of San Diego in 2017, has been postponed until 2019 to allow International Federations (IFs) more time to prepare athletes for the multi-sport event.
