Alibaba co-founder Tsai invests $10m in G2 Esports

Alibaba co-founder Joseph Tsai has become a minority investor in G2 Esports, one of the top European esports teams, through a $10m (€9m) investment in the organisation.

G2, which is based in the German capital of Berlin, has also signalled its intention to open an office in New York in 2020.
