Italian Serie A football club AC Milan has agreed a one-season extension to its partnership with leather accessories manufacturer Piquadro.

The agreement builds on a deal first signed in October 2018 and covers the 2019-20 season.

Piquadro will continue to serve as Milan’s official luggage partner and produce an exclusive travel set customised in the club’s colours.

Milan will remain in Piquadro’s sports sponsorship portfolio alongside Russian Premier League club CSKA Moscow and Formula One motor-racing team Red Bull Racing.

Marco Palmieri, founder and chairman of Piquadro, said: “At Piquadro we feel like a real team and this project represents a wonderful opportunity to demonstrate the passion with which we boost Italian excellence worldwide.”
