A22 Sports Management, the sports development company behind the failed European Super League project, claims that it is now able to pursue its plans "free of threats" from Uefa after winning an appeal in a Spanish court.
The Madrid High Court (Audiencia Provincial) today agreed to restore an injunction issued in April 2021 aimed at protecting the Super League and its clubs from punishment by football’s authorities, according to a statement from A22.
