Puma to leverage Serie A ball supply deal to develop Italian retail footprint

Puma’s official ball supplier deal with Lega Serie A, announced in March, will guarantee the sports brand a country-wide presence in Italian football, despite the expiry of its Italian national team kit rights deal at the end of the year.

Puma officially began the new role at the start of July, replacing Nike, which had held the rights since 2007.
