Press Release: SBC to strengthen operator relationships with Kelly Kehn appointment

SBC has moved to further strengthen its close associations with the world’s leading sports betting and igaming operators with the appointment of Kelly Kehn to the key role of Global Relationships Director.

Kehn is highly-regarded in the gaming industry, holding a number of senior positions over the last eight years, most recently as the Co-Founder of All-In Diversity Project, the not-for-profit initiative driving diversity, equality and inclusion in the sector.

An MBA graduate of NYU’s Stern School of Business, her career has included leadership roles in marketing, operations, management and sales in the US, Canada and UK, during which she has designed and successfully delivered multiple projects for major operators.

Kehn’s new position will see her play a leading role in deepening SBC’s working relationships with operators, helping to ensure that their changing requirements continue to be met by SBC’s market-leading events portfolio and media offerings.

Rasmus Sojmark, CEO and Founder of SBC, said: “We’re delighted to welcome Kelly to the company and excited about the prospect of what she can achieve in this newly-created role.

“Sports betting and igaming operators are at the heart of everything we do, so it was crucial that we appointed the right person to continue to develop our relationships with them.

“With Kelly’s exceptional skill set and in-depth knowledge of the industry, we have certainly done that.”

Kelly Kehn said: “Having had the pleasure of working in partnership with SBC before and seeing their innovative, professional approach up close, I was thrilled to be offered the opportunity to join their team.

“The Global Relationships Director position is a particularly attractive one to me, as it means I’ll be working closely with the major operators at the centre of the gaming ecosystem to ensure that SBC stays up to date with their most cutting edge requirements and continues to deliver events and media offerings that meet those needs.”

SBC is the organiser of the leading industry events for the sports betting and igaming sector. Its 2020 schedule includes CasinoBeats Malta on 24-26 March, Betting on Sports America at New Jersey’s Meadowlands Exposition Center on 28-30 April, and Betting on Sports Europe at Stamford Bridge, London on 2-4 June.

Those events will be followed by the inaugural SBC Summit at Fira de Barcelona on 8-11 September, which will feature 14 full-day content tracks covering sports betting, online casino, payments, safer gambling, technology, lottery and sponsorship, along with an 18,000 sqm exhibition and extensive networking opportunities.

SBC also has an extensive media network serving the gaming and sports industries, which includes SBC News, CasinoBeats, SBC Americas, SBC Noticias, Payment Expert and Insider Sport.
