NBA与GameOn推出聊天机器人服务

科研技术公司GameOn已与NBA合作推出了一项聊天机器人服务,该服务以社交媒体平台Facebook为载体,旨在加强粉丝体验。

科研技术公司GameOn已与NBA合作推出了一项聊天机器人服务,该服务以社交媒体平台Facebook为载体,旨在加强粉丝体验。

Facebook Messenger上的NBA聊天机器人服务将在比赛视频集锦、常规赛更新、比赛前瞻通知、得分提醒、赛程表、排名及GIF动图中提供。通过聊天机器人,粉丝们可以在他们最喜欢的球队以及球员身上定制私人体验。

GameOn的联合创始人兼产品主管卡林·斯塔诺耶夫称:“NBA一直不懈努力于通过跨越国界与定式的办法来扩大影响力,以此来使它面向全世界。”
