Boat Race incident highlights London 2012 security concerns

British Olympic Association (BOA) chairman Colin Moynihan has admitted that London 2012 organisers cannot legislate for the actions of “one idiot” after the annual running of the historic Boat Race suffered major disruption on Saturday.
