US anti-doping chief rubbishes Putin’s TUEs suggestion

Travis Tygart, the chief executive of the US Anti-Doping Agency, has described Russian President Vladimir Putin’s suggestion that restrictions should be placed on athletes using therapeutic use exemptions (TUEs) for banned substances as “laughable.”
