Tokyo 2020 fires back at allegations as IAAF accepts ‘gravity’ of report findings

The Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games organising committee has labelled allegations in a World Anti-Doping Agency (Wada) report into doping in athletics as “beyond our understanding,” as International Association of Athletics Federations (IAAF) president Sebastian Coe pledged to act on the “totally abhorrent” levels of corruption unearthed in the findings.
