Federal television channel Peretz has acquired rights in Russia to the 2015 Rugby World Cup national team tournament.
Peretz broadcasts in more than 400 cities across the country and will commence its coverage of the World Cup with the opening ceremony on September 18, followed by the first game between host nation England and Fiji.
Russia qualified for its first Rugby World Cup in 2011, but has failed to advance to this year’s event.
