The Women’s British Basketball League has agreed a deal with sports equipment manufacturer Molten for its inaugural 2014-15 season.
Molten will become the official ball sponsor of the WBBL, building on a long-standing association with men’s league the BBL.
As part of a range of benefits, Molten will provide balls from their G-Series to WBBL clubs for use in all WBBL competitions. The Molten G-Series basketball is the official game ball for all International Basketball Federation (Fiba) events worldwide up to 2016.
WBBL chairman Ed Percival said: “Molten have been the official and exclusive ball sponsor of the BBL for eight seasons now and it's great to widen this partnership.”
