Online casino company 918.com has signed up as the new presenting sponsor of the Resorts World Manila Masters tournament on golf’s Asian Tour.
The length and value of the deal was not disclosed, but organisers said that the total prize fund for the event would increase from $750,000 (€557,000) to $1m this year.
The casino company is based in the Philippines.
The event will take place at the Manila Southwoods Golf and Country Club from November 20-23.
