Italian swimwear brand Arena has extended its sponsorship of triathlon’s Ironman European Series.
The one-year deal will cover the 2017 season, which begins this weekend with an event in Mallorca, Spain.
Arena will continue to serve as the official swim sponsor of the series, which this year will feature 52 events, including 13 Ironman races and 18 Ironman 70.3 races.
The firm’s sponsorship designation covers a number of product ranges, including swimsuits, wetsuits, caps and goggles, as well as accessories such as pull buoys, fins and kickboards.
In addition, Arena will receive booth space at all associated Ironman events for the display, promotion and sale of its sponsored products.
The 2017 Ironman European Series runs from May 13 to October 1.
