The European Commission (EC) has today (Thursday) launched a Convention on the Manipulation of Sports Competitions, while European football’s key stakeholders have joined forces to introduce a code of conduct which aims to set out the guiding principles for all players, referees, clubs and other officials on issues surrounding the integrity of the game.
