Brazil to step up Olympic security after Nice attack

The Brazilian government has outlined plans to increase security measures for the upcoming summer Olympics in the wake of last week’s terror attack in Nice, France, while Rio 2016 president Carlos Nuzman has suggested that the lack of prize money is the real reason behind the spate of withdrawals from the Games by leading male golfers.
