Sports performance clothing manufacturer 2XU has extended its partnership with the Australian Paralympic Committee through until the end of 2016.
Following an initial five-year tenure as APC’s official uniform partner, in 2011 2XU took on exclusivity in the high performance designation – the latter partnership now renewed to take in the 2016 Paralympic Games in Rio de Janeiro.
In addition to supporting the 2016 Australian Paralympic team, 2XU will provide sportswear for the Paralympic programmes managed by the APC including wheelchair rugby, boccia, goalball and winter sport.
The APC is aiming to send more than 170 Paralympic athletes across 15 sports to Rio 2016.
