International Association of Athletics Federations (IAAF) president Sebastian Coe has said he is hopeful that Russia’s ban from the sport will be lifted by the end of the year, as his European Athletics counterpart, Svein Arne Hansen, stated that officials can see progress in anti-doping reform in the country.
