Campeonato Brasileiro Série A football club Santos has signed a shirt sponsorship deal with language school CNA for the 2014 season.
CNA’s branding will feature on both sleeves of Santos’ playing shirts, effective from Sunday’s match against Ituano.
There is an option for renewal included in the agreement, which the Maquina do Esporte website reports is worth R$7.5m (€2.4m/$3.2m).
Along with the shirt sponsorship, Santos and CNA will collaborate on a number of off-field initiatives. The school will lay on language lessons for the members of the playing squad and its English and Spanish teachers will act as translators for players who do not speak Portuguese.
