Korean electronics company Samsung has been added to the roster of sponsors for the EuroBasket 2013 basketball tournament.
Samsung will cover the mobile communications category and its Galaxy S4 becomes the official mobile phone of the competition, while Galaxy tablets are to be the official EuroBasket 2013 tablets.
The biennial international event of European governing body Fiba Europe takes place in Slovenia from September 4-22 this year.
Vice-president of branding for Samsung Electronic Europe, Stephen Taylor, said: “We have a strong presence in Slovenia and are pleased to support such an important event for the country.”
