European NFL fans to travel with Thomson Sport

Specialist travel agency Thomson Sport has signed a three-year sponsorship deal with the US National Football League (NFL) in the UK.

Besides sponsorship rights at the annual International Series game in London and the Super Bowl, Thomson Sport will offer travel packages for NFL fans in Europe, starting at the Super Bowl XLV in February, and operate the NFL Holiday Hub, a club giving fans discounts on a range of holidays and offers.

“We are delighted to be partnering with Thomson Sport as we further expand our portfolio of UK sponsors and we look forward to working closely with them in numerous areas over the next 3 seasons,” said NFL UK Commercial Director Marc Armstrong.

“We will use our unrivalled knowledge and experience in many different sports to provide the NFL and fans with exceptional service,” added Thomson Sport Europe Managing Director Marc Bennett.

The agreement also includes exclusive broadcast sponsorship of NFL coverage on Sky Sports and Channel 4 plus the NFLUK TV section on nfluk.com.
