Vizeum and IMG land BT's 2012 brief

The Vizeum and IMG agencies have won the strategic media planning account for BT's sponsorship of the London 2012 Olympics.

Campaign magazine reports that Aegis-owned agency Vizeum and IMG won its pitch against a number of undisclosed agencies.

Vizeum will work on BT’s media strategy, while sports-specialist IMG will create sponsorship activation on the account.

BT is a first-tier domestic sponsor of the London 2012 Olympics and its official communications services partner in a deal worth around £80 million.
