Inter’s new strategy was developed along with Italian sports marketing agency RCS Sport.
Inter Sales Manager Vittorio Alongi said the club was aiming for a 40 per cent increase in sponsorship revenues over two years under the new strategy.
Inter has had an average attendance of 55,149 at its home matches this season, during which it won the Italian league, Italian cup and the Uefa Champions League. The club’s online store turned over €440,000 on the day of the Champions League final.
