A Taste of Spain’ is the largest event worldwide to be hosted by a Tourist Board. Held annually it provides passersby with a variety of local entertainment from food markets, music, dance and art demonstrations.
This year and for the first time, Havas Sports & Entertainment will create five specific sporting zones to celebrate Spanish sport. The zones will be dedicated to motor racing, basketball, golf, tennis and football.
“We are really excited that sport is being included in this year’s Regent Street event and are delighted to have Havas Sports & Entertainment on board,” said Ignacio Vasallo, Director of the Spanish Tourist Board. “Sport is undergoing something of a ‘Golden Age’ in Spain at present and this event will really help The Spanish Tourist Board showcase the other popular sporting activities, besides football, that Spain offers.”
