The money back offer is the result of a deal between football industry event organiser Soccerex and bookmaker Paddy Power.
The Soccerex European Forum takes place in Manchester, England, on March 2 and 3 this year. The World Cup will be high on the agenda, as bid teams from England 2018, Russia 2018/2022 and Qatar 2022 are all appearing at the event, among 180 representatives from leading European clubs and leagues. The European Club Association (ECA) is hosting its General Assembly alongside the event.
