Bloomberg reports that Kroenke bought 427 shares in Arsenal at £8,500 each in his latest share purchase.
Kroenke already owns NBA team the Denver Nuggets, the NHL’s Colorado Avalanche and Major League Soccer team the Colorado Rapids.

US businessman and sports team owner Stan Kroenke has increased his stake in English Premier League club Arsenal to 29.6 per cent, just 0.4 per cent short of that required to force an obligatory takeover bid for the club.
