Under the terms of the agreement, prize money will remain at least $5 million, the field size will increase from 156 to 204 players and the event will move to Week 46 of the annual golf calendar for 2010.
The first two rounds of the tournament will also be played over two courses at the Sentosa Golf Club – The Serapong and The Tanjong courses – before the final two rounds are staged at The Serapong.

English golfer Ian Poulter won the Barclays Singapore Open yesterday, holding off a last-minute challenge from China's Liang Wenchong.
