Asia Sponsorship News reports that the list of sponsors includes Japan Airlines, All Nipon Airways, Yahoo! Japan, courier Yamato Transport, brewer Asahi, toymaker Bandai, and sports goods manufacturers Asics and Descente.
Tokyo-based business industry bodies Japan Business Federation and the Tokyo Chamber of Commerce have also pledged to support Tokyo’s government in its bid. The Tokyo Metropolitan Government is planning a $4 billion fund for the Games.
