At Leaders in Performance – which is running concurrently alongside the second day of “Leaders in Football” – 150 global business leaders in sport will come together to share ideas of best practice.
Topics for discussion include how to buy and sell talent at the right time and the right price, how to develop strategies to create a winning environment for sustained success and how to build and lead a high performance management team.
“This is a fantastic coup for us, Bruno and Steve bring fantastic insights from Continental football to what is already an impressive line up of international expertise,” said event director Andy Rice.
“Steve has shown enormous self-belief and skill to bounce back from a difficult time as England coach to achieve great success in Holland. And Bruno enjoys a peerless reputation for the work he has done with AC Milan developing Milan lab. He will be a massive asset to Chelsea; and to Leaders in Performance.”
Other speakers at the event include Dave Brailsford CBE (Performance Director, British Cycling Federation), Mike Forde (Performance Director, Chelsea FC), Damien Comolli (Sporting Director, St Etienne) and Valter di Salvo (Head of Performance, Real Madrid).
