Soccerex has announced Premier League side Tottenham and architectural and design practice KSS will take part in a series of industry-focused presentations at this year’s event.
The two parties will be presenting their plans for the proposed 58,000 stadium at the international football conference under the title ‘Stadium atmosphere – taking it back to the fans’.
The session will outline the motives, logistical plans and innovations used in the project and offer delegates the chance to quiz both the club and the architect.
“The key driver has been to deliver the best possible fan experience on all levels. The visuals of the new stadium show that it's really seen as a building which responds to the brand, which we see as representing style and flowing lines of football,” said KSS chairman David Keirle.
Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy has said that the new stadium’s innovative design “puts fans' experience first” as the seats are closer to the pitch than in any other comparable UK stadium.
Soccerex 09 takes place in Johannesburg, South Africa, just two days prior to the final draw for the 2010 FIFA World Cup from 28 November to 2 December.
