The World Rally Championship will be broadcast in the US next season by high-definition broadcaster HD Theater.
The deal extends an existing deal between the broadcaster and International Sportsworld Communicators, WRC’s commercial rights-holder, and includes an option to extend for up to four additional years.
HD Theater will cover each of the 12 races in the 2009 WRC, and also show race previews and news updates.
