US television viewing of the NBA playoffs has leapt compared to last year.
The Associated Press reports a 32-per-cent rise in ratings on sports broadcaster ESPN for the Western Conference finals.
TNT’s coverage of the Eastern Conference finals enjoyed a 30 per cent rise in ratings compared to last year.
For the entire playoffs, ESPN’s ratings were up 12 per cent, and TNT’s up 19 per cent on last year.
