Ferrari Formula One team boss Stefano Domenicali has said their decision to submit an entry for the 2010 season does not mean they will accept a budget cap.

The BBC reports that Ferrari and the eight other members of the Formula One Teams Association (FOTA) have submitted entries for next season which are conditional on certain conditions being met by June 12. One condition is that the current technical regulations remain.

"If the conditions are not met, the entries will be invalid," the BBC reports Domenicali as saying.
