The International Olympic Committee received the Candidature Files of all four Candidate Cities for the 2016 Olympic Games.
Chicago, Madrid, Rio de Janeiro and Tokyo all submitted
The IOC Evaluation Commission will now analyse the Bid Books before visiting each city between April 4 and May 8. The Commission will start in Chicago, before visiting Tokyo, Rio and finishing in Madrid.
IOC members will vote on the host city on October 2 at the 121st IOC Session in Copenhagen.
