Chicago 2016 announced two additional appointments to its bid committee's leadership team.
Kurt Summers has been named chief of staff to President Lori Healey, and Arnold Randall has been named Director of Neighborhood Legacies.
Summers will serve as a senior counselor across a range of bid-related activities, whilst Randall will serve as the liaison between Chicago 2016 and the communities around Chicagoland in ensuring the appropriate Games legacies and development.
“Kurt and Arnold both bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to our organization, and we welcome them to the team," said Patrick G. Ryan, chairman and CEO of Chicago 2016. “We look forward to working with them in these vital months prior to the decision of Host City for the 2016 Olympic and Paralympic Games.”
