The organisers of this year's ICC World Twenty20 cricket tournament in England will make more match tickets available this Thursday, after huge demand saw the original batch released in June sell out.
"We saw unprecedented interest when the first allocation of tickets went on sale in June 2008, with all those match days selling out in hours," said tournament director Steve Elworthy.
The tickets will be available to fans of associate countries Ireland, Scotland and Holland. The tournament takes place June 5th to 21st, with matches held at Lord’s, The Oval and Trent Bridge.
Following the success of the inaugural event in South Africa 16 months ago, the ICC World Twenty20 will take place every two years.
