The International Handball Federation (IHF) and the Sportfive agency will launch a new version of a live web-streaming portal for the World Championship in Croatia.
The site is: www.handballworldcup.tv . Richard Worth, CEO of Sportfive, said: "We are delighted that our web-streaming will offer handball fans around the world another opportunity to participate in this unique event and watch the games live."
Fans can now register for the service free of charge. Individual games can then be booked for a price of €4.99. The World Championship Ticket package covering all games will cost €29.99. Highlights will be available to all registered users free of charge.
Due to rights exclusivity in certain areas, this service is not available in the following countries: Denmark, Germany, Croatia, Norway, Poland, Russia, Sweden, Slovenia and the Middle East.
