Audi renews Hertha BSC sponsorship

Car manufacturer, Audi AG, extended its sponsorship of Bundesliga football club Hertha BSC for three years, from 2008-09 to 2011-12.

Car manufacturer, Audi AG, extended its sponsorship of Bundesliga football club Hertha BSC for three years, from 2008-09 to 2011-12.

Under the deal the team will continue to receive vehicles from the current fleet of models with the support of the Audi centres in Berlin-Charlottenburg. In return, under the advertising package arranged by sports rights agency, Sportfive, Audi will have a presence on perimeter hoardings and in the VIP area at Berlin’s Olympic Stadium.

Markus Siebrecht, Senior Sales Director Eastern Regions at Audi, said: "We are very happy with the partnership and have seen Hertha BSC deliver a superb sporting development. As a premium-brand manufacturer, it is important to us to cooperate with strong brands. For this reason, we’ve decided to renew our commitment beyond the current season”.
