Satyam signs Soccerex 2008 sponsorship deal

At last year’s Soccerex Joseph S. Blatter (President, FIFA) commented that FIFA were breaking new ground by announcing Satyam as a global partner. Satyam, a leading global consulting and information technology services provider became the first Indian company to sign up as a FIFA World Cup Sponsor. This historic deal provides Satyam with global rights for the 2010 FIFA World Cup in South Africa and the 2014 FIFA World Cup in Brazil.

Satyam decided to continue its global exposure in the football industry by signing up as a Soccerex 2008 sponsor. The Satyam sponsored workshop will consist of a media-focused conference panel tackling the latest broadcasting developments, a keynote address from FIFA & Satyam on Web 2.0 and an exclusive networking break.
