A shortlist of nominees for each award category will be unveiled in late January with winners to be announced at the Awards ceremony on April 30, 2009 in front of 1,400 industry representatives. There are 13 categories and 4 judges’ prizes available for entry.
Winners at the 2008 Awards included E.ON, The FA, Hawk-Eye, Nike and Setanta Sports with Dame Tanni Grey-Thompson picking up the Virgin Atlantic Outstanding Contribution to British Sport and Sir Bobby Charlton honoured with the Lifetime Achievement Award.
Nominations close on Friday 12 December.
