The International Olympic Committee (IOC) has awarded the broadcast rights, within certain territories in Asia for the 2010 Winter Olympics in Vancouver and the 2012 Summer Olympic Games in London, to the Asian Broadcasting Union (ABU) and pay-television network ESPN STAR Sports (ESS).
