The two agencies say they will work together to create “global opportunities” for their clients in endorsements, speaking engagements, licensing and merchandising, publishing, film, television, video games, and the internet.
Both agencies have worked with some of the world’s most recognizable football stars. Gestifute represents top Portuguese talent including Manchester United and Portugal player Cristiano Ronaldo, and Inter Milan manager Jose Mourinho. The agency negotiated Mourinho’s recent £21 million, three-year contract with Inter.
CAA Sports has negotiated major endorsement deals for David Beckham and Ronaldinho, including the England player’s transfer to LA Galaxy,.
