Under the deal with the International Olympic Committee (IOC), Terra will launch its Olympic Games site on August 1. The site will include thirteen channels which will broadcast 24 hours a day. In addition, users will have access to streaming and live coverage as well as photo galleries and the latest Olympic news.
Terra is owned by Spanish telecoms company, Telefonica, and is Latin America’s largest Internet company with presence in seventeen Latin American countries and the United States.
