The deal for the bwin.com British Grand Prix, to be held on June 22, 2008, covers the 2008 and 2009 racing seasons.
The title sponsorship is an addition to bwin.com’s existing title sponsorships of the major MotoGP events at Jerez, Spain, in March and Estoril, Portugal, in April as well as TV track advertising at the Czech circuit at Brno, Czech Republic, in August.
The signing further cements bwin as one of the main sponsoring partners of Dorna, the rights-holder of MotoGP and gives both partners a strong sense of continuity throughout the racing season.
